Delivery Policy currently delivers to islandwide in Singapore, excluding restricted areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Military Camps, Jurong Islands, Ports and Air freight terminals).
Free Delivery

Free delivery for purchases of S$15 and above.
Delivery Rates

There will be a flat fee of $10 for every purchase you make regardless of size, weight and value if the order value is below S$15.
Delivery Days

We deliver 7 days a week. All deliveries are done in-house by our own delivery teams.
Delivery Timings

Delivery timings are between 12pm to 9pm. All deliveries will be delivered within 2 days. However, there may be some slight delay in delivery of orders during peak and festive seasons There will be no choosing of timing.
Express Delivery

For an express delivery (within the same day), delivery fee will be charged at S$20 regardless of purchase amount. Delivery will be made within 4 hours from the time the order is placed. Last delivery timing for this express service has to be placed by 4.30pm. Any order placed later will not be entertained.

The charge will be at S$10. This normally happens when no one is home to accept the parcel or refuses to accept the parcel for whatever reason(s). 
Wrong Delivery

In the event if the customer provides us with the wrong delivery address, the charges for redelivery will be borne by the customer. Delivery charges will be charged at a flat fee of S$10. Redelivery fee has to be paid by customer before we redeliver. Redelivery will be done within 48 hours. If it’s our mistake, there will be no charges. 
International Delivery

For overseas delivery, please chat us up at or WhatsApp us at +65 97165710 for us to quote you the international delivery charges as it depends on where you are. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are delivering to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For more information regarding your country's customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
Order Tracking

All our customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation Email and a Whatsapp or SMS notification (for clients that do not have Whatsapp) once the orders are dispatched out. For Whatsapp or SMS notification, customers will have to provide us with a valid handphone number.

At the moment there will be no self-collection.
Damaged, Faulty, Wrong Items or Lost Items

We put in our best effort into checking all items before delivery and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders. However unforeseen incidents do happen at times.

If the item(s) are damaged during the course of delivery or we have sent you the incorrect Item(s) or quantity, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order(s).

We will need you to furnish us with photos of the damaged, faulty or wrong item(s) via email or WhatsApp. We will evaluate the situation and our decision will be final and not reversible. We will do the necessary arrangements at our expense if in the event there will be any replacement of item(s) to be sent. If same item(s) is unavailable, we will either offer a refund on the affected item(s) or replace it with other item(s) of the same value.

If items are lost due to customer's request to leave them at unattended places, e.g: in the riser, on the shoe rack, behind the gate or any unattended places as mentioned above, will not be responsible and will not compensate as the instructions are given by the client, all our delivery personnel will just follow the instructions. We will strongly advise you against it but if client insist on doing so, all risks will be borne by the client. If it’s our mistake, there will be no charges.
